Project Overview :

Marina Byblos Hotel engaged Hala Smart Technologies to design a fully responsive website on the Wix platform, and to run PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing campaigns. The aim was to enhance brand visibility, improve direct bookings, showcase the hotel’s facilities, meals/restaurants bars/nightlife, and deliver an engaging digital experience for both leisure and business travellers in Dubai Marina.
Elevating the Guest Experience Digitally Marina Byblos Hotel is a 4-star deluxe property located on Al Hubob Street in Dubai Marina, UAE. It provides stylish guest rooms and suites, a variety of dining and bar options, entertainment venues, and amenities catering to both locals and tourists. The hotel wanted a website that matches its modern design, hospitality, and location advantages, and PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic and direct reservations.

1.Capturing the Full Range of Offerings
The hotel has many components (rooms & suites, multiple restaurants & bars, lounges, nightlife, rooftop poolbar, spa, etc.). The site needed to present all of these in a structured, clear way so visitors could easily navigate to what interests them.

Since the site was built on Wix, the design and backend had to work within Wix’s constraints (themes, page speed, editable CMS parts for rooms, amenities, gallery, etc.).

The site uses RevChill / RevChillBook for booking (“Book Now” links) and the loyalty / members club function; making sure these integrate well and users find the booking path easily was crucial.

5.Effective PPC Campaigns
To get fast visibility, bookings, and enquiries, PPC campaigns needed to target the right audience (leisure travellers, business travellers etc.), choose effective keywords (Dubai Marina hotel, hotels near JBR beach, boutique hotels Dubai), and optimize spend.

Integrated “Book Now” links via RevChillBook / RevChill booking engine so users can reserve rooms directly. Also linked loyalty club membership to encourage repeat business.

Strong sections for Restaurants & Bars, Clubs & Nightlife etc. Visual galleries of rooms and facilities help convey expectations.

Nell Gwynne is a British-style pub and sports bar located in Dubai Marina, well-known for its live sports broadcasts, traditional British food, and weekly themed nights such as Quiz Night, Wings Night, and Happy Hour. Project Overview :

Gulf Maintenance engaged Hala Smart Technologies to improve their digital presence and drive service enquiries through Google Ads (paid campaigns). We also supported their website’s user experience and visibility to convert more visitors into leads for their building maintenance services in Business Bay, Dubai.
Gulf Special Building Maintenance L.L.C is a facility services company offering specialized services including kitchen exhaust maintenance, grease trap cleaning, sanitization, water tank cleaning, HVAC duct & air-duct cleaning, etc. Their HQ (or main service area) includes Empire Heights Tower B – Dubai Fountain Street – Business Bay, Dubai. They needed a campaign to reach clients who need these maintenance services ,commercial clients, residential management, etc.

Many potential clients (restaurants, commercial kitchens, residential building operators) needed to know about Gulf Maintenance and its full range of services.

Green Crystal partnered with Hala Technology to build a clean, professional WordPress website that reflects its expertise in ventilation and air filtration solutions. The goal was to present their product portfolio, services, client base, and contact / quote functionality in a clear, organized, and trustworthy manner. The site was designed so that visitors (restaurants, hotels, developers) can quickly understand what Green Crystal does, see product details, and reach out for quotations or consultations easily.
Green Crystal Ventilators & Air Filters is based in Dubai, specializing in restaurant kitchen ventilation solutions, air filtration systems, electrostatic precipitators, and exhaust & fan controls. They are also authorized distributors of SIRIUS (UK) and AOM Australia, with credentials such as being Emaar-approved Kitchen Ventilation Specialists.

1.Presenting Technical Products Clearly
The various products (e.g. kitchen hoods, electrostatic precipitators, exhaust fans) are technical; descriptions, benefits, and visuals needed to be accurate, easy to understand, and professional.

2.Organizing Large Product Catalog & Services
With multiple product categories and service offerings, the site navigation and layout must allow users to find what they want (product pages, services, etc.) without getting lost.

3.Trust & Credibility
Because the audience includes high-end clients like restaurants, developers, etc., the website needed to project authority: credentials, years of experience, client list, quality images.

Designed and developed a theme that reflects Green Crystal’s brand (clean, industrial, trustworthy). Minor custom WordPress work done: custom post types for Products, custom fields for product specifications, filterable product categories, etc. (beyond just stock theme usage).

2.Structured Product & Service Pages
Separate sections/categories for Products (Canopies & Kitchen Hoods; Ecology Filtration Systems; Electrostatic Precipitators; Kitchen Exhaust Fans & Controls) and Services (Site Assessment; Product Installation; Testing & Commissioning; Planning & Design). Each product category has individual detail pages.
