Elevating the Guest Experience Digitally Marina Byblos Hotel is a 4-star deluxe property located on Al Hubob Street in Dubai Marina, UAE. It provides stylish guest rooms and suites, a variety of dining and bar options, entertainment venues, and amenities catering to both locals and tourists. The hotel wanted a website that matches its modern design, hospitality, and location advantages, and PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic and direct reservations.

1.Capturing the Full Range of Offerings
The hotel has many components (rooms & suites, multiple restaurants & bars, lounges, nightlife, rooftop poolbar, spa, etc.). The site needed to present all of these in a structured, clear way so visitors could easily navigate to what interests them.

2.Designing for Luxury & Clarity
The aesthetic had to reflect modern luxury, but also ensure usability: elegant visuals without sacrificing speed or clarity.

3.Building on Wix / Using Its CMS Efficiently
Since the site was built on Wix, the design and backend had to work within Wix’s constraints (themes, page speed, editable CMS parts for rooms, amenities, gallery, etc.).

4.Booking & Reservation Integration
The site uses RevChill / RevChillBook for booking (“Book Now” links) and the loyalty / members club function; making sure these integrate well and users find the booking path easily was crucial.

5.Effective PPC Campaigns
To get fast visibility, bookings, and enquiries, PPC campaigns needed to target the right audience (leisure travellers, business travellers etc.), choose effective keywords (Dubai Marina hotel, hotels near JBR beach, boutique hotels Dubai), and optimize spend.

6.Mobile Performance & Localization
Visitors are often using mobile devices; the site must be responsive. Also, in Dubai there is high competition, so the site needs to perform fast, be visually appealing, and possibly support local preferences (language, offers, etc.).

We created a design that reflects the hotel’s luxury identity: high-quality imagery, clean layout, strong visuals of rooms and amenities, intuitive menu structure (Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, Facilities, Gallery, Contact, Booking).

2.CMS Setup for Easy Updates
Via Wix’s backend, the client can update rooms info, amenities, add gallery images, modify restaurant & bar descriptions, manage the loyalty club and offers.

3.Booking Integration
Integrated “Book Now” links via RevChillBook / RevChill booking engine so users can reserve rooms directly. Also linked loyalty club membership to encourage repeat business.

4.Showcasing Amenities & Dining / Entertainment Options
Strong sections for Restaurants & Bars, Clubs & Nightlife etc. Visual galleries of rooms and facilities help convey expectations.

5.PPC Campaign Strategy and Execution
We ran PPC campaigns targeting key keywords and audience segments, designed ad creatives aligned with the brand visuals, set up tracking to monitor conversions (room bookings, enquiries).

6.Mobile Responsiveness & Speed Optimization
Even though built on Wix, we optimized image sizes, layout flow for different devices, and minimized unnecessary script load to ensure faster page loading.

Nell Gwynne is a British-style pub and sports bar located in Dubai Marina, well-known for its live sports broadcasts, traditional British food, and weekly themed nights such as Quiz Night, Wings Night, and Happy Hour. They approached Hala Smart Technologies to translate their energetic, social atmosphere into digital visuals that could make their offers, events, and experiences more engaging on social media.

2.Designing for Dynamic Offers & Events
The client regularly promotes changing specials and events. We needed a design system that allows consistent branding but flexible layouts, perfect for weekly updates like Happy Hour, Live Sports, and Quiz Nights.

3.Consistency Across All Platforms
Ensuring the same brand look and feel across Instagram posts, stories, and reels, while keeping each design engaging and suitable for the format.

4.Creating Scroll-Stopping Content
In a competitive digital space, especially in Dubai’s hospitality market, the designs had to stand out on feeds—instantly recognizable and appealing to both regular guests and new visitors.

We developed a graphic style guide including fonts, colors, icons, and layouts that represent the warm, lively, and social pub vibe of Nell Gwynne.

Designed a full suite of Instagram posts, stories, and reels graphics, each tailored to highlight special offers, events, and the unique pub experience.

Gulf Special Building Maintenance L.L.C is a facility services company offering specialized services including kitchen exhaust maintenance, grease trap cleaning, sanitization, water tank cleaning, HVAC duct & air-duct cleaning, etc. Their HQ (or main service area) includes Empire Heights Tower B – Dubai Fountain Street – Business Bay, Dubai. They needed a campaign to reach clients who need these maintenance services ,commercial clients, residential management, etc.

1. Low Awareness among Potential Clients
Many potential clients (restaurants, commercial kitchens, residential building operators) needed to know about Gulf Maintenance and its full range of services.

2.Differentiation & Trust
Maintenance services are commoditized; customers need justification (why choose Gulf over competing service providers). The site and ads needed to communicate reliability, professionalism, 24/7 support, quality materials etc.

3.Conversion Optimization
It was necessary not just to bring clicks, but to convert them into enquiries: calls, form submissions (“Request a Service”), etc.

4.Geo-Targeting & Relevant Keywords
Targeting the right areas (Business Bay, Dubai Marina, etc.), using correct keywords (e.g. “kitchen exhaust cleaning Dubai”, “grease trap service Dubai”, “air duct cleaning Business Bay”), to ensure ads are cost-efficient.

1.Google Ads Campaigns
We set up and managed PPC campaigns targeting service-specific keywords (exhaust cleaning, grease trap, sanitization, etc.). They are also authorized distributors of SIRIUS (UK) and AOM Australia, with credentials such as being Emaar-approved Kitchen Ventilation Specialists.

1.Presenting Technical Products Clearly
The various products (e.g. kitchen hoods, electrostatic precipitators, exhaust fans) are technical; descriptions, benefits, and visuals needed to be accurate, easy to understand, and professional.

2.Organizing Large Product Catalog & Services
With multiple product categories and service offerings, the site navigation and layout must allow users to find what they want (product pages, services, etc.) without getting lost.

3.Trust & Credibility
Because the audience includes high-end clients like restaurants, developers, etc., the website needed to project authority: credentials, years of experience, client list, quality images.

4.Contact / Quote Flow
Potential clients must be able to request quotes or contact Green Crystal easily from multiple places (from product pages, from services page, homepage), with minimal friction.

5.Responsive & Fast
In Dubai / GCC especially, many users access via mobile. The site must load well, adapt to screens, images optimized, etc.

1.Custom WordPress Theme with Minor Customization
Designed and developed a theme that reflects Green Crystal’s brand (clean, industrial, trustworthy). Minor custom WordPress work done: custom post types for Products, custom fields for product specifications, filterable product categories, etc. (beyond just stock theme usage).

2.Structured Product & Service Pages
Separate sections/categories for Products (Canopies & Kitchen Hoods; Ecology Filtration Systems; Electrostatic Precipitators; Kitchen Exhaust Fans & Controls) and Services (Site Assessment; Product Installation; Testing & Commissioning; Planning & Design). Each product category has individual detail pages.

3.Homepage with Strong Messaging & Visuals
